I have an awesome 13 year son but he has all the same issues as most children his age, such as growing up too fast, growing out of clothes and shoes, eating and sleeping a lot. With today's widespread broadband and smartphones he also has unprecedented access to internet content anywhere and any time. As parents, my wife and I worry about the implications of such unrestricted easy access, not to mention the number of hours consumed by online gaming. Several parents at my son's school were familiar with my background in networks and engineering and asked if I could help them with their struggles regarding internet exposure and gaming addictions in their children. Now I have been providing an "Easy Parental Controls" seminar to local schools for over 5 years.
